Production & Delivery

At Emerstone Gems, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Once a client gives final approval on their design, production begins. Orders are typically completed and delivered within 4-6 weeks. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur, and we will promptly communicate any updates.

 

 

Payment Policy

  • Non-Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
  • Custom Orders:
    • A design fee (see below) is required at the start of the project.
    • A 50% deposit is due before production begins.
    • The final balance must be paid before shipment.
 
 

Design Fee for Custom Work

For fully customized designs, a $150 USD design fee will be assessed based on the project scope. This fee includes up to four (4) revisions and will be applied toward the final purchase price upon approval of the design. The design fee is due at the commencement of the project.

Shipping & Insurance

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX, fully insured, and require a client signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

 

 

Returns & Warranty

Each Emerstone Gems piece is designed and crafted with the highest quality standards. Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

  • Custom orders are final sale.
  • If a return is approved, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • We highly recommend insuring your jewelry to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
 
 

Customization & Bespoke Designs

While our collections offer a variety of stunning designs, we are delighted to offer customization services:

  • Modify an existing Emerstone design for a nominal fee.
  • Work with our experts to bring your vision to life through a bespoke custom design.
